FAQ

Do I pay online?: Depends on the drop. Some boxes are free reservation with payment on pickup, some take a deposit, some are full prepay. The flow tells you per item.
Can I cancel?: Yes — up to 2 hours before your pickup slot, from the app's Profile → My reservations.

Age check?: 18+ at the door. Bring ID.
